The central role is played by a recycled foam, Polimix, which is created through secondary processing of foam production such as car mattresses, children's foam pads and more.

The sideboards are made from Resysta, a rice composite material. This is a combination of rice husk, salt and mineral oil that can easily withstand external influences and makes the furniture significantly more durable.

"We are delighted that Yate has fallen for the concept as much as we have and decided to transform what was originally a material experiment into a collection of small-scale manufactured products," says Eliška Novák Knotková, founder and CEO of Balance is Motion. Yate is the manufacturer and retailer of the collection.
