The shaped felt elements, which effectively absorb sound waves, blend gracefully with the ash wood slats. The interplay gives rise to a subtle rhythm on the surface of the individual pieces and makes the design reminiscent of tectonic activity beneath Earth's surface.
The acoustic felt is made from recycled PET fibres. Various color variants and combinations available.
The collection includes a low and a high cabinet, a sideboard and a side table.
Tectonia was designed for the Czech brand Ekustik, known for their quality craftsmanship of acoustic elements.
